Leitech - COMBI Thread/Depth Gage - Go & No Go Complete with Handles

  • The COMBI Gage A breakthrough in thread depth control simultaneously measure thread or cylindrical size and depth with the patented Leitech System, the industry's most innovative breakthrough in thread depth control.
  • With a direct reading depth scale, the cost effective Leitech COMBI and COMBI HI-RESOLUTION plug gages qualify functional size and depth at the same time.
  • Unless otherwise specified, when ordering Handles only furnish the sleeve to accept the largest thread in the handle's range and it will not be marked with a size.

LEITECH GAGES: ACCURACY / REPEATABILITY / RESOLUTION

Standard Combi Gage

  • Resolution: 0.025" (0.5mm) / per division. Max thread depth resolution is 1/2 division =0.012" (0.25mm).
  • Accuracy of the etching on the scale is +/-1um (1micro-meter) (+/-0.000040").
  • Repeatability: Repeatable to the width of one line, which is 0.003" / 0.005" (3 to 5 thousandths) / 0.08mm / 0.13mm.
  • Accuracy of Depth - Depends on depth calibration of the gage, and operator proficiency.

Hi-Resolution Combi Gage

  • Resolution: 0.005" (0.1mm) per division when used with the built-in vernier.
  • Accuracy of the etching on the scale is +/-1um (1 “micro-meter”) (+/-0.000040" [40 mico-inches {40 millionths}]).
  • Repeatability - Repeatable to the width of one line, which is 0.003" / 0.005" (3 to 5 thousandths) / 0.08mm / 0.13mm.
  • Accuracy of Depth - Depends on depth calibration of the gage, and operator proficiency.
