Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise requested. Final freight charges are based on UPS Ground Residential rates plus and UPS fuel surcharges in effect at the time of the shipment. UPS charges an additional $6.00 for packages measuring over 60" in length. Also, UPS charges a dimensional weight if packages are over 84" in length and girth, which would make the billable weight 30 lbs. We can ship via other carriers including FedEx, DHL and USPS. We require an account number for the selected carrier. Shipping charges are International shipping charges are available by quotation.
A $10.00 processing and handling charge will be applied to all orders of $50 or less.
Products ordered in error may be returned within 10 days of the shipping date. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid. Items must be in A-1 first class, resalable condition with their original packaging or credit will not be issued. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns. Items will not be accepted if they are clearly misused, abused or altered in any way. No credit will be issued for freight and processing and handling charges.
Before returning any item, please contact Judge Tool by phone: (800) 214-5990 or email us to receive a Returned Goods Authorization number. To ensure speedy turnaround please include the product name, the purchase date, the order and invoice numbers.
Judge Tool accepts purchase orders from all local state and federal agencies along with any person or business that has an account in good standing. If you would like to establish an account with us, please contact us online or call (800) 214-5990.
Without an account, merchandise must be paid for by credit card (online or by telephone), in advance (by check or money order); or will be delivered COD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All items sold by Judge Tool are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty. Warranties will typically cover against manufacturing defects and poor workmanship. Normal wear and tear will not be covered. Contact us immediately if you feel the product you purchased is defective. All decisions to repair or replace a tool will be at the sole discretion of the original manufacturer.
Judge Tool will keep all personal information (name, address, phone number, email, credit card information, etc.) strictly confidential. We will never sell or provide this information to any individuals or third-party members without your expressed consent.
