Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the shipping methods, costs, and timelines you can expect when shopping at Judge Tool & Gage, Inc..

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. These may include:

  • Standard Shipping: This is the most economical option, with delivery times typically within 7 business days for stocked items.
  • Expedited Shipping: For a faster delivery, choose expedited shipping with delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Need it there ASAP? Overnight shipping guarantees delivery by the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase, with the following exception:

  • ·    Where an “additional handling” surcharge is applied by UPS or FedEx based on package weight or oversized dimension, an additional handling charge may be applied.

Freight Shipping:

Freight shipping will be required in the following instances:

  • ·    When an item is over 125 lbs.
  • ·    Is considered too fragile for traditional shipping methods (as determined by the OEM).

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within the same day or 1 day business day after they are placed. This does not include shipping time.

Delivery Times:

The estimated delivery times listed above are after your order has been processed. Please note that these are estimations and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as carrier performance, delivery location, weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with a tracking number that allows you to follow your package's progress.

International Shipping:

We may or may not offer international shipping. If we do, the specific rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that you may be responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country.

Handling:

A $10.00 processing and handling charge will be applied to all orders of $50 or less.

Returns:

Return Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items.

Return Timeframe:

  • Stocked Items: You may return stocked items within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Custom Items: Unfortunately, custom items (including made-to-order or personalized products) cannot be returned.

Return Conditions:

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

1.   Initiate your return: Contact us at (800) 214-5990 or at sales@judgetool.com to initiate a return.

2.   Specify: The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.

3.   Return approval: We will review your request and send you instructions on how to return the item(s) if approved.

4.   Return shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

 

Refunds:

  • Stocked Items: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days, less any restocking fee charged by the Manufacturer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
  • Custom Items: As stated above, custom items are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions or that are outside the return timeframe.

Purchase Orders:

Judge Tool accepts purchase orders from all local state and federal agencies along with any person or business that has an credit account in good standing. If you would like to establish an credit account with us, please contact us at sales@judgetool.com or call (800) 214-5990.

Without an account, merchandise must be paid for by credit card (online or by telephone), in advance (by check or money order); or will be delivered COD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Warranty:

All items sold by Judge Tool are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty. Warranties will typically cover against manufacturing defects and poor workmanship. Normal wear and tear will not be covered. Contact us immediately if you feel the product you purchased is defective. All decisions to repair or replace a tool will be at the sole discretion of the original manufacturer.

Privacy:

Judge Tool will keep all personal information (name, address, phone number, email, credit card information, etc.) strictly confidential. We will never sell or provide this information to any individuals or third-party members without your expressed consent.
