Diatest - Replacement NEEDLES - for Slimline T-T Split Ball Probes METRIC

  • Precision ground 62-64 HRC steel needles, with lapped taper, also available in solid carbide for .107" diameter probes and larger.
  • The lapped taper of the needle transfers the spreading movement of the split ball probe in a 1:1 ratio with the indicator.
  • Each Inner knife edge of split ball makes single point contact with accurately ground cone, transferring gauging motion through the needle to the indicator
