Features:
How it Works - the semi-circular measuring jaws of the probe are spread by the measuring force of the display device and are centered in the middle of the hole. The device is set to zero (calibration) using a setting ring. With manual measurement, the measuring device is oscillated in the hole and the reversal pointer deflection shows the measured value. When measuring on a stand, there is no pendulum action.
Application - With the DIATEST Split Ball Probes, in addition to the bore diameter, geometric form errors such as ovality, conicity, barrel shape, etc.
