Quick Check Indicating Spline Gages

“Quick-Check” Gages are designed to be a fast and accurate means of measuring size over or between pins.

• Rather than pins, these gages have opposing precision carbide balls which contact the part.
• This allows for a more complete measurement since the balls contact the part through a single plane and not along a surface.
• By simply reading the indicator on the gage one can measure, taper, crown, hollow and out-of-roundness as well as size
• Each “Quick-Check” Gage is furnished with a master setting gage of specific size, for use in comparing part size to that of the master.
